Corrosion Protection in Plant
In our modern blasting and conservation halls we coat steel components of any dimension — precisely, certified and on schedule.
Shop-applied Protection
Industrial corrosion protection under controlled conditions
Processing coating materials in enclosed plant halls offers decisive advantages over on-site application: constant temperatures, controlled humidity and perfect lighting conditions ensure reproducibly high quality.
Our blasting and conservation halls are designed for processing large steel components — from bridge girders to wind turbine sections and industrial containers. With modern crane and transport systems, even heavy multi-tonne structures can be moved and treated efficiently.
All work is carried out to the applicable standards and documented without gaps by our quality management system (ISO 9001:2015).
Capacities
Note
All coating work is carried out to the current state of standards and guidelines. On request we prepare complete coating records and quality certificates.
Areas of Use
Applications
Bridge structures
Steel bridge girders, crossbeams and bearings — coated precisely in accordance with ZTV-ING and DIN EN ISO 12944.
Energy supply
Pipelines, transformers and steel structures for energy suppliers processed in-plant.
Steel and plant engineering
Machine components, steel frames and containers for the manufacturing industry.
Hydraulic steel construction
Lock gates, weir systems and pipe networks — durable protection under demanding conditions.
Wind energy installations
Towers, flanges and internal structures of wind turbines to applicable offshore and onshore standards.
What We Deliver
Scope of Services
High-pressure water jetting
Effective surface preparation with high pressure up to 2,500 bar — gentle on the base material, yet radical against corrosion and old coatings.
Abrasive blasting
Sandblasting and compressed-air blast cleaning to cleanliness grade Sa 2½ per DIN EN ISO 8501-1.
Fire protection coatings
Application of intumescent coatings to protect load-bearing steel structures to R30 through R90.
Duplex coatings
Combination of hot-dip galvanising and organic coating for maximum service life under industrial conditions.
Tank linings
Internal coatings of containers and tanks — including for food and drinking-water applications.
Pipe inner linings
Cement mortar and epoxy coatings for pipelines in the water supply sector.
Thermal spray metallisation
Thermal spraying of zinc, aluminium and alloys as cathodic corrosion protection.
