Concrete is durable — but not indefinitely without maintenance. Carbonation, chloride attack, freeze-thaw cycles and mechanical loading can all damage the structure. Timely restoration protects the reinforcement, ensures load capacity and significantly extends the service life of the structure.

Scope of Services
Concrete inspection & damage analysis
Systematic testing to the DAfStb guideline: carbonation depth, chloride content, reinforcement corrosion and damage classification.
Concrete removal & substrate preparation
Machine and manual concrete removal by chiselling, milling or high-pressure water jetting down to sound concrete.
Reprofile with shotcrete
Restoration of the design cross-section with PCC mortar or shotcrete — durable and conforming to standards.
Concrete protective coatings
Application of surface protection systems (OS systems to DIN EN 1504) against carbonation, chloride attack and moisture.
Crack injections
Force-locked and flexible injection of cracks with epoxy resin (EP) or polyurethane (PUR) to current standards.
Surface protection systems
Hydrophobic treatment, impregnation and coating as long-term protection for existing concrete structures.
